I haven’t crammed since college, and I don’t miss it.

I’m studying for the Microsoft 70-320 Developing XML Web Services and Server Components with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and the Microsoft .NET Framework exam. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started studying for this exam, and then have it go by the wayside. Now, I’ve joined what I can an accountability study group, which is basically a group of 6-8 people from work that have committed to take the exam on a specific day in April. The only problem is that I’ll be dosing lazily on a beach in Kauai on our honeymoon while their taking the exam. So, I’m trying to get my studying done this week to take the exam next week and get it out of the way before the wedding plans get white hot. Microsoft just announced a “second free chance” program that lets you take the exam again for free if you dont’ pass it the first time. Hopefully, I won’t need to take advantage of that since Transcender guarantees you pass the exam the first time.

Is blogging about studying when I should be studying procrastination? I think not :)
